Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: During new drops, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience while we get your order packed and on its way.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Free standard shipping on orders $40+
  • Orders under $40: shipping is calculated at checkout
  • Estimated delivery time after shipment: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays or your location.

International Shipping

  • Free standard shipping on orders $150+
  • Orders under $150: shipping rates are calculated at checkout
  • Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing

Please note:

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
  • Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear once the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect Address or Returned Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked Delivered, Koa Flō is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is missing:

  1. Check your delivery area and with neighbors.
  2. Contact the carrier directly.
  3. If you still need assistance, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help.
